He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears silk and lounges about seductively. She has shaved her head bald. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Matilda isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Matilda is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Matilda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Adam's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the south to a Healer, Adam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Assassin they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
