Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Simon was taken on many hunting expeditions. Simon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
