History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and expand his business

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
