History: Born in the west to a Barrister, Melissa learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Weaver. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Alice lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Weaver, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Marshal mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
