History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Percival was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Percival was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Percival's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
