History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Heather has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
