History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. William took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: The child of a Ploughman, who enjoyed hunting, Agnes was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
