Matilda Gresham, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. She keeps her blonde hair in a flapper bob. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Matilda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is greedy
Ideals: Athletic, Justice. Bonds: Family, Rich, Debt. Occupation: Adventurer
Voice: Strong lisp

Gerard Rutland, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears black trousers with green and violet striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
Ideals: Disciplined. Flaws: Insane, Fearful. Bonds: Attractive, Religious. Occupation: Stableman
Voice: Spits and sputters

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
