History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Emmeline was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Emmeline's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
