He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born in the north. Heather was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Merchant. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
