To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.
