She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and balancing her hectic life and new brewer responsibilities is difficult

Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Peter's homeland. Peter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
