Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a simple red robe with white stripes complete with hood. He has a very tight haircut. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Heather was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heather's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Expand her business; and to be a interpreter again

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears baggy white pantaloons and a yellow scarf. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are amber.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
