The war was a terrible time for him, and Dean does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Barber profession.

History: Avice lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
