History: Adelaide was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she feels kind of lost in life

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Sarah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.
