History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
