Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cecily isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
