Description: This late middle aged man likes to wear pastel tank tops with white pants and is in decent physical shape. His hair is cut close to his head. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Gifted from a young age, Percival studied abroad. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his halberd. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Barkeep, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his brother

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She carries a battered hammer and tarnished nunchaku as well. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Melissa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.
History: Herleva was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She has worked as a Ruler like her mother before her.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a tanner again
