History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Geva was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Beggar. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Adelaide alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants revenge against giants; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Eloise was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
