History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Percival was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Percival decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
