Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
