History: Simon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: Adelaide was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
