History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and many orcs want him driven away

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She worked as a nervous Mortician and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
