History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Architect arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This tall, slender man dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bernard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
