History: Born in the west to a Courier, Rolf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Courier. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Simon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
