History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
