History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Spy; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
