Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: Born in the west to a Carpenter, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hubert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: He is a husky man, who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Clerebold was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Clerebold decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sellsword but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He got into the Sellsword business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He has achieved small success as a Sellsword.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and revenge
