His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Aldous hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He worked as a nervous Blacksmith and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Cook, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His black hair is knotted and matted. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aldous embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Aldous was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
