History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sybil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her bastard sword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. Her black hair is heavily combed to the right. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Baker business.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: An older man who is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants to get laid
