History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Guy was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Guy's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Helen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Performer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She tends to her Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
