The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She struck the Dyer job and began her own company from there.

History: Born in the west to a Tailor, Patrick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Her red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
