Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Dyer business.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Joan was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.
