History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Avelina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
