Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is baby faced.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered red hat.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and human compassion

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Blacksmith and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to be a bookbinder again
