Description: Standing 5'3", this man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His white hair is long and unkept. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: An older man who is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing a tight red one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His silver hair is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born in a small island village. Don liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He carries with him a set of pickaxes on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ralf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and revenge
