History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Norman embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Norman was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Norman's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

History: Avelina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.
