History: Clerebold was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ermina was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
