Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother.
