History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
