Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is dark but she possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. She wears baggy pastel pantaloons and a violet scarf. Sporting a chestnut mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: She wears a black coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon her head. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a blue coat. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She usually wears her black robe and has her club always slung over her shoulder. Her hair is cut close to her head. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She was born in the west. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she wants revenge against illithids
