She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Jacoba liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She keeps her blonde hair in a flapper bob. Her green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Galiena isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Galiena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Galiena. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Oriel and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
