Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Shepherd, and she later adopted a second son.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Helen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sellsword.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Rosamund and her spouse have recently divorced.
