Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. A true patriot, Eva would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Herleva was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
