Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Patrick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
