History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.
