History: She is a Hag in disguise. A freak accident while working with her Layabout father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emmeline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Helen lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Laborer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
