Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Elizabeth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Navigator. Being a Navigator kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
