History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Rolf was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Emeny was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Description: An older man who wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a spear on his belt, he is not a threatening figure. He has no hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
