Description: He wears suspenders and red workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time. He is portly but not overly obese. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She prefers to wear flannel. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He wears his silver hair down. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His childhood dream was to be a Banker, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Banker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and sabotage a competitor

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his feathered brown hat.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and revenge
